I love Bakersfield's everything.First I tried cookies.I find them absolute awesome.Then I ordered brownies,pancakes and again cookies mixture. Brownies mixture was really good. I liked it. But pancakes mixture is not good. There's some sour understate which hurt my Throat. sour and bitter things strictly banned for me. I don't get it whats in the mixture which gives it that taste ?

Very easy to make and very tasty. It has very less sugar so you can pair it up with chocolate syrup or Honey. I'm satisfied bcoz i dont like to give my kids too much sugar in the morning
Also you can make a smaller batch by taking 1 cup pancake mix and 3-4th cup milk. If you don't want to make 12-13 pancakes at a time.
This pancake mix is so easy to prepare. Gives perfect pancakes. Sweetness is just right but my son loves to add a drizzle of honey over it.
I'm honestly so impressed by this mix. Bought it because I have a fussy 5 year old who refuses to have breakfast. He had this for breakfast this morning AND lunch!
